EcotrendHOA is a complete subdivision resident management system for Ecotrend Subdivision San Nicolas I.

Main Developer and Leader of Dev Team: Carlo Renz D. Abad. Conceived the initial project idea, designed the system from planning to deployment, managed database structure and code optimizations, and personally programmed the full-stack system.

Created by ByteME with Co-Developer/Co-Leader Dev Team Juan Miguel G. Angeles, Project Manager and Co Developer Andrei Emmanuel A. Daroy, and Co Developer / Documentation Team Akihsa Nufable.
